Assessment Combinations

Some Revelian assessments focus on similar traits or attributes, which means it doesn’t make sense to use both of the assessments for the same position. For this reason, the API will explicitly reject requests to add an assessment to a position, if another assessment that conflicts with it has already been added.

The following assessments are not able to be added to the same position:

Assessment Conflicts with Reason
Revelian Cognitive Ability Test (RCAT) Revelian Verbal Reasoning Test (RVRT) The verbal reasoning construct is included in the Cognitive Ability Test, which measures verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning.
Revelian Cognitive Ability Test (RCAT) Revelian Numerical Reasoning Test (RNRT) The numerical reasoning construct is included in the Cognitive Ability Test, which measures verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning.
Revelian Cognitive Ability Test (RCAT) Revelian Abstract Reasoning Test (RART) The abstract reasoning construct is included in the Cognitive Ability Test, which measures verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning.
Revelian Work Safety Assessment (Short) (RWSS) Revelian Work Safety Assessment (Long) (RWSL) Both assessments measure attitude towards safety-related factors at work.
